There’s something beautiful about following the seasons through the vines.
Our Wine Club is a way to share that rhythm — from fog-kissed mornings at harvest to the first pour at your table.

Members receive hand-selected estate wines twice a year, along with early access to new releases and exclusive small-lot offerings. Choose the club that fits your cellar, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Introductory Pricing: As a small, family-run vineyard, we’re introducing our wines at special debut prices while we share our story and grow our community. Each vintage is handcrafted in limited quantities — once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Be Part of the Vineyard — Our Legacy Vines Tradition

At Dove & Sea, we believe every season tells a story — and every vine has one, too.

Each year, a small number of members are honored as Legacy Vines. Their names are displayed in our estate vineyard as a lasting connection to the land, the season, and the story behind each bottle.

Legacy Vines receive personal updates and photos throughout the year as their vine grows, blossoms, and bears fruit — a symbol of how deeply we’re all rooted together.

We look forward to continuing this tradition with each vintage — a growing way to stay rooted together.

(For 2026, this special recognition is reserved for the first 12 members who join our 6- or 12-bottle Wine Club tiers.)

How Wine Club Billing Works

Each release is unique — members are charged per bottle at the time of shipment, based on that release’s wines. Wines and prices may vary from one release to the next depending on the vintage or varietal. Members of the Cluster and Harvest Clubs can also customize or substitute wines, which may slightly adjust the final total.

Shipping Schedule

We will be shipping our Spring Releases in May 2026.

If you’d prefer to order à la carte, we ship every week on Mondays and Tuesdays, depending on weather conditions, to protect the quality of your wine and ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Details

All shipping for Dove & Sea Wine Co. will be handled through UPS, unless requested otherwise. Shipments will go out the following Monday and Tuesday after your order is processed. We try to ship your wine quickly after you order it, but will sometimes hold an order to maintain quality.

Ground orders will be held through warm summer months; please select Overnight for the most economical summer shipping option. You will receive an email after the order has been shipped; if you have any questions, please reach out directly carrie@doveandsea.com.

We have two different shipping options available:
Ground (2-5 business days): Ground orders are sent according to weather and travel time. During the warmer summer months Ground orders outside CA are held until mid-October or once the weather cools.

Overnight (1 Business Day): Overnight shipping will be available during the warmer summer months for orders outside of CA, or orders that need to be sent in a more timely manner. Overnight orders will be processed the day after being placed with shipments occurring the following Monday and Tuesday after the order has been processed.
